King Room featured ample space along with accessibility options, making it feel accommodating and homey. The pool area offered a nice retreat, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Encountered a piece of garbage left by the previous guest on the desk, which was an unwelcome surprise. The lobby had a persistent odor that marred the entry experience, and the air conditioning unit was noisy, disrupting sleep. The gym was out of operation during my stay , especially in warm weather when some exercise could have helped. Breakfast options were rather limited and the internet connectivity was unstable, making communication a hassle.

I stayed in a King Room for 3 nights and loved how close it was to everything. The security gave me peace of mind, and the bar area was perfect for grabbing a drink after a long day. Just wish the check-in was a bit quicker. 😅

i previously stayed in windhoek and was surprised at how much better my experience was this time. the facilities were modern, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. the staff really made the wedding ceremony special by being attentive and thoughtful.
